The primary objective of the Park City School District Preschool is to prepare children to be ready for both academic and social-emotional success.
Based on the popular children’s book Oobleck, Slime & Dancing Spaghetti, classic children's literature is combined with fun kitchen science experiments. Read the books and learn how to make the green goo found in Dr. Seuss' Bartholomew and the Oobleck, make the pasta dance as shown in Tomie dePaola's Strega Nona and more. This unique class combines reading with science and makes a kitchen a mini-laboratory. The instructor is Daniela Moscoso. She has a degree in Psychology from Westminster College and has been a kid favorite with PCSD for 7 years.
